Sunglasses Warranty Information

Here are some general guidelines and contact information if you need warranty/repair work on your sunglasses. Almost all manufacturers recommend that you ship the defective pair directly to them as opposed to taking them back to the place of purchase – second option could cause more delays as the store will then have to ship them to the manufacturer. Stores are not authorized to perform warranty work themselves.

Warranty will not apply to any improper on unreasonable use of product – this is up to the discretion of the manufacturer. Additionally, proof of purchase is required by all manufacturers (Smith was the only one which did not explicitly mention proof of purchase). It is a good idea to hold on to the receipt from where you bought your sunglasses or goggles.
